Our pony rods are made to the exacting specifications set forth by API 11B. All ponies have rolled threads, insuring a strong, lasting connection. Rods are checked by lot for tensile strength and cracking. Corrosion resistant coatings are applied to protect the rod from the harsh environment of the oil patch. Rods are packed either in a box or in a steel frame with protective caps on rod ends to insure that the rods arrive at your site free from defects and ready to work!
